Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga 

In general, yoga is about providing balance. Knowing what a roller coaster ride pregnancy and the postnatal period can be, I fully believe that prenatal and postnatal yoga are fundamental to providing balance and dedicated time for self-care. As an expecting or new mama, you are surely focused on your little one and putting your needs second. Make sure to dedicate time to yourself and prepare your body for childbirth and the postnatal period, and care for your body with postnatal yoga after you've birthed your baby.

Stephanie is co-owner of Apple Birth & Wellness, and has been a prenatal yoga teacher & childbirth educator since 2014, and a labor & postpartum doula since 2015. She is passionate about supporting the emotional journey of families from fertility through postpartum, and is trained through Postpartum Support Virginia as a peer support leader.
